What types of documents can I store?
Currently, the following documents are supported: CDL, Medical Card, Cab Card, Annual Inspection, and Insurance.
Who can access the documents?
Both drivers and the company. Drivers upload and view their own documents. Company owners and safety managers have a fleet-wide view — they see status for every driver without accessing unrelated personal data.
Is this available on mobile?
Yes. DQF will be available in the Truck.me mobile app (iOS and Android) and the web account. Drivers can upload documents directly from their phone, including photos taken on the spot.
Is there an additional cost?
DQF is free for all Truck.me clients.
